September 3rd, 2010 posted by admin

Learning and development is increasingly important in this time of recession to ensure that businesses continue to get the most out of their workforce. On the 27th and 28th of January London’s Olympia Two venue will host the annual Learning & Development Show, the premium event for learning and development practitioners and for businesses who want to find out how to make this vital area work for them.

This will be the eleventh year of the event that has become the largest of its kind in Europe. This year’s show will feature 130 exhibitors, 60 shared seminars and will attract over 3000 visitors to Olympia. Exhibitors who will be appearing in the two day event include leading industry names such as Caspian Learning, e2train, Knowledge Advisors, Learn.com and VioLearn.

There are four seminar theatres within the exhibition hall and regular seminars will start every 45 minutes. All seminars are free to attend and there is no need to book in advance. There are a wide variety of seminars taking place covering all aspects of learning, development and training but they include ’Video Fear (And How To Get Over It’, ’Informal Learning - Fantasy Or Reality?’ and ’Building A Complete Course In 15 Minutes Online’.

A seminar looking at the use of smart phones in training illustrates how much the world of learning and development is being changed by the acceleration in new technologies. The information that you gain from the Learning & Development Show will ensure that you make this technology work for you and your workforce and help you to stay ahead of your rivals.

Learning & Development 2010 is a vital networking opportunity for all involved within this sector and for all business that have an interest in learning and development: and if your business isn’t interested in learning and development then come along to Olympia and find out why you should be before it’s too late!

Quick thing, I have just sorted out the site design for this human resources software company and I would really like to hear what you all think of it? I really like the idea of the site but does it work?
